Are there any costs to be listed on Traina

There are no costs to be listed on Traina as an instructor or studio. There are costs involved if classes are booked, these are all detailed in our user guide which you can download here

A studio I work at isn’t listed, what should I do?

Either the studio can create their own profile, or if you would like us to get in touch with the studio, drop us an email at info@traina.co.uk

Can I list my own private classes or 121 sessions?

Yes, you will need to create a studio listing for the location of your private class or 121 session. You can do this in your account area, once the studio is created you can add the class. Download the user guide here for more information.

How will i get paid for my private classes?

Traina reconcile all client payments at the end of each week and bulk transfer all the payments you are owed, minus any agreed commission.

How will I know if clients have booked my classes?

You can see all your bookings in the 'Analytics' tab of your account area and you will also receive email confirmations for private 121 classes.

Do you let my studios know of any classes my clients have booked?

Yes, your studio can see all the classes your clients have booked in the 'Analytics' section of their account area

Who do you promote my classes to?

We promote your classes and your profile to active exercisers in your area and those who have attended similar classes to those you teach.

How do I sign up?

Instructors can sign up to Traina by creating an account and profile here. There is more information in our user guide which can be found here.

Who gets paid for the classes my clients book?

Traina passes the payment for your class to the studio who owns the class, minus any agreed commission (this will be agreed upfront with your studio before any commission is taken). If you are holding a private class or one to one session, you will receive the payment directly, minus any agreed commission. You can see our pricing structure here.

Can I still have a profile if all my studios are not listed on Traina?

Yes, you dont have to list classes if a studio isn't featured on Traina. You can list whichever classes you want or are able to attach to a studio.

Can Traina help me put together my profile?

Yes, please get in touch at info@traina.co.uk we will be happy to help.

Can I promote events, workshops and retreats I’m organising/participating in?

Yes, you can use the studio and class creator tools to create any event you are selling tickets to. For more information download the user guide here.

How can I change my timetable

You can edit all your classes within your account area

Can I create a profile without a timetable?

Yes, however we recommend adding your timetable if you would like your clients to be able to find your classes

What if i only work at one studio

You can list your classes even if you only work at one studio

What if my contract says im not allowed to promote other studios?

You will need to speak to your studio about anything regarding your employment contract.

Can i list my classes if i work outside of London

Yes! Please do, we welcome all locations

How can i edit, remove or delete my profile?

Log into your account and you can select 'edit' or 'delete' straight from the home screen.

What if i cant make my class or someone is substituting for me?

You will need to make the changes to your profile on Traina, or you can email or text us and we will do it on your behalf. Email us at info@traina.co.uk or whatsapp us at 07824557715

Are there any contracts to be listed on Traina?

No, there is no contract for studios to remain on the platform, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions which can be found here, but you are free to delete your profile at any time.

What are the costs to be involved?

There are no costs to be listed on Traina as an instructor or studio. Traina will take 20% commission from any classes booked via the platform.

Can my instructors have a profile if my studio isn’t featured?

Yes, they can have a profile featuring any other studio they work with or to promote private classes.

Can my instructors promote the other studios they work at?

Yes, Traina is an instructor discovery platform and instructors are encouraged to promote every studio they work at.

Can I promote events and workshops here?

Yes, you can promote any class, event or activity you are holding at your studio, providing the instructor/s associated have a profile with Traina.

How does the booking show on our studio booking system?

The bookings will be made directly on your booking system by Traina using the correct client information. There are currently no integrations required.

Do you share exerciser data?

In accordance with GDPR, we provide all the relevant data a client needs to book a class.

How can I delete my studio profile?

You can edit or delete your studio profile directly from your account area.

I don’t want my studio listed on any instructor timetables.

If your studio is listed on your instructors timetable and you dont want it there, please contact us at info@traina.co.uk

How can I get a studio profile?

You can create a studio profile by signing up here

What is someone books a class that’s full?

If a class is booked via Traina that is full, a member of the Traina team will get in touch with the client and provide other options as soon as possible. The client will not be charged.

Can I price my classes differently to those on my website?

You can provide promotional class rates on Traina, but you cannot make your classes more expensive than on your own website

Can I offer promotions and deals through Traina?

Yes, you are free to offer promotional class rates. If you have any special offers we can also push these out to our database so be sure to let us know.

What if a client books a class and cancels?

Our cancellation and refund policy will mimic your own studio cancellation policy.

How do I get paid from Traina?

We will make payments at the time of booking. You can either provide us with a 20% off code to use through your website for us to receive the 20% commission, or we can invoice you at the end of each week to reconcile the commission.

How long will it take for me to get paid by Traina for the classes booked?

Payments are currently made instantly

How do you deal with customer complaints about my studio?

We will pass all feedback through to the studio. If the complaint is in regards to Traina processes, we will make the relevant explanations and compensation to the customer.

Can i list my studio if it is based outside of London

Yes! Please do, we welcome all locations. The more the merrier.

What is your policy for no shows?

We will keep the class payment and pass it onto the studio, regardless if the client turns up to class or not.

How much commission do you take?

What if instructor is displaying incorrect information about my studio?

Please contact us ASAP at info@traina.co.uk if an instructor is displaying incorrect information for your studio or classes, we can make changes to any profile.

What can i do if an instructor no longer works at my studio, but they are still listing my classes?

Will I get a refund if I cancel my class?

Our cancellation policy reflects that of the studio whose class you have booked, so if they offer a refund, then we will too.

Do i need to be a member or subscribe to use Traina

There are no membership or subscription requirements, you can book one off classes

Are your prices the same as the studios?

The prices of the classes on Traina are set by the studios so they are the same, if not cheaper than those available on their own website
